A Season Rental Pass keeps the same skis or snowboard, boots and poles with you for the whole winter. Because the equipment leaves the hill with you, a separate rental waiver is required in addition to the general waiver of liability.
Who signs
The person renting the equipment. For anyone under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian signs on their behalf.
What it covers
- Acknowledgement that skiing and snowboarding carry inherent risks.
- Responsibility for the equipment while it is in your care — loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear.
- Binding release settings, which are set from the height, weight, age and ability you declare. Those details must be accurate.
- Agreement to return the equipment at the end of the season in the condition it went out.
How to complete it
The waiver is completed at the Rental Shop when the equipment is fitted, or online during checkout in the webstore. A printed copy must be signed in colour if you bring one with you. See all forms on Waivers & Forms.
