The Learning Zone includes terrain sculpted and creative teaching aids to make learning to ski or snowboard as fun and easy as possible. The Magic Carpet makes getting up easy and almost as fun as fun as going down.
For skiers, the HeadStart Zone just outside the Rental Shop helps you get started on the flats gradually moving to steeper terrain as your skills and confidence improve. The HeadStart fun course on the Bunny Hill further develops skills as the fun level increases.
The Burton Snowboards Learn to Ride uses the starter terrain outside the rental shop to help make learning the basics fun and easy. The Burton Riglet Park is the first of its kind in Canada and continues to develop young riders’ skills in a bright & cheerful atmosphere full of fun features.
