9:45 – 10:45am – Training: FIS, U15 & U13
10:45 – 12:00 pm – FIS Timed Qualification Runs (2 runs) Followed by U15/U13 (2 runs)
12:30 – 1:30pm – FIS Elimination Rounds Followed by U15/U13
2:00pm – FIS, U13 & U15 Awards
2 – 3pm – GROM & Masters Inspection and Training
3 – 4pm – GROM & Masters Timed Runs & Masters Elimination

After much request, we’veadded ladies nights on the schedule for the 19+ crowd. These events willrun 6:00 – 9:00 PM at Martock Ski Hill, NS. Cost is $15.00 and cash paidthe night of the session is preferred.
A Snowboard NS or Freestyle Ski NS Membership is Required.

Nova Scotia School Athletics Federation Skiing and Snowboarding
Competitive skiing and snowboarding are NSSAF sanctioned sports for Junior, Intermediate and Senior athletes. Regional events as well as Provincial Championships take place each winter. Events follow the rules regulations defined by Alpine Ski Nova Scotia and Snowboard Nova Scotia with NSSAF specific regulations.
All rules and regulation can be found in the current NSSAF Handbook.
Martock provides coaching and training space for school snowboard and ski teams. Training lanes are available Monday and Friday afternoon and evenings. Coaching is provided by certified ski and snowboard coaches.

Lift Tickets & Rentals
Lift & Rental – $25.00
Lift only – $15.00
Helmet – $5.00
Coaches – 2 complimentary tickets per team
Training – Monday and Friday, 4:00PM – 8:00PM (per hour)
1 Coach – $40.00 (includes lane)
2 Coaches – $60.00 (includes lane)
Lane only – $40.00
Competition

NS Snowboard’s Provincial Championships are at Martock from March 6-8th to wrap up our 2020 Provincial Series! On Friday night we have a Giant Slalom race and we hope to see a large turnout!
Schedule:
5-6 pm – Set up
5-6 pm – Registration
6-6:15 pm – Inspection
6:30 pm – Timed Runs (Best 2 combined out of 3)
30 mins after final run – Awards (Outside on the deck)
Cost:
$15 online in advance, $20 cash day of competition*
* NS Snowboard or other provincial membership required
