The following are important policies for pass holders.  To ensure a pleasant ski/ snowboard trip to Martock please make sure all members of your family are familiar with these policies.

  1. Season Passes are non-refundable and must be used in season purchased.
  1. Season Pass Holders while skiing or snowboarding at Martock must follow the Alpine Responsibility and/or Cross Country Responsibility Code (if available). Management may revoke your season pass for misconduct, abuse or violation of the Alpine Responsibility Code.
  1. Forgotten Pass. If you forget your pass, our Administration Office staff will issue a complimentary ticket for the first time only. If you forget your pass a second time there will be a $15 charge for a ticket. After that, it's full price.
  1. Inherent Risk – Skiing/Snowboarding is a sport with physical demands and inherent risk which are beyond Nova Ski Limited (Ski Martock).  Falls, collisions and other incidents may occur and cause injury.  Participants will assume the inherent risks of the sport.
  1. Lost Pass. If you lose your pass, let the Administration Office know right away. It may have been found and turned in. In the interim we will provide one complimentary ticket. We will replace your pass complimentary for the first time only. If you lose your pass a second time there will be a charge of $20 administration fee.
  1. Pass Fraud. If a "forgot pass" ticket is discovered being used by an individual other than the pass holder to whom the pass was issued, the season pass will be revoked without refund. Use of a Martock season pass in this manner is considered fraud. Martock reserves the right to involve the RCMP when fraudulent use of a Martock product occurs.
  1. Fraudulent Pass – Anyone skiing/snowboarding or accompanying someone with a fraudulent pass will lose all skiing/snowboarding privileges at Ski Martock.  Depending on circumstances Martock reserves the right to involve the RCMP and appropriate legal action taken.
